Positions:
1. Position: GBV Prevention Officer
Job requirements
• BSc degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Women’s Studies, or any other Social science related field, preferred MSc.
• Previous experience in local or/and international NGO,
• At least 3 years’ experience in GBV (Gender Based Violence) and Gender related humanitarian and development activities.
• Clear understanding of gender, power abuse, and issues surrounding violence against women.
• Able to maintain medical ethics, confidentiality and respect for client at all times.
• Experience in participatory techniques and community mobilization
• Ability to lead, train, supervise, facilitate and motivate refugee outreach volunteers in their respective tasks in a professional, respectful and supportive manner and gender equality.
• Experience in the urban refugee context is a plus

2. Position: GBV Response Officer
Job Requirement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, sociology, Gender studies, Public Health or related experience.
• Have 2-3 year of experience
• Clear understanding of gender, power abuse, and issues surrounding violence against women.
• Able to maintain medical ethics, confidentiality and respect for client at all times.
• Trained on IASC GBV Case management
• Experience in Psychosocial support, women empowerment, life skill trainings, counselling and GBV case management
• Background in GBV, Human Rights and/or Protection.
• Experience working in GBV programming in humanitarian context
• Previous experience in the urban refugee experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English is required
• Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse:
• Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within DICAC refugee returnee affairs department and amongst beneficiaries served by Development and intern church aid commission

3. Position: Gender and Livelihood Officer

Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, sociology, Gender studies, Public Health or related experience.
• Have 2-3 year of experience
• Experience working on GBV and livelihood
• Experience working in engaging women in income generating activities
• Clear understanding of gender, power abuse, and issues surrounding violence against women.
• Able to maintain medical ethics, confidentiality and respect for client at all times.
• Trained on IASC GBV Case management
• Experience in Psychosocial support, women empowerment, life skill trainings, counselling and GBV case management
• Background in GBV, Human Rights and/or Protection.
• Experience working in GBV programming in humanitarian context
• Previous experience in the urban refugee experience is a plus
