MOHA soft drinks Industry S.C was acquired from the Ethiopian Privatization Agency and established on May 15,1996 with the following vision, mission and core values.

• የምዝገባ ቦታ፡- ቃሊት ማረሚያ ቤት አጠገብ የሸገር ዳቦና ዱቄት ፋብሪካ ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘው አዲሱ ህንጻ 2ተኛ ፎቅ የድርጅቱ የሰው ኃብት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ እንዲሁም ከአዲስ አበባ ውጪ ሐዋሳ፣ ደሴ እና መቀሌ የፔፕሲ ኮላ ፋብሪካ የሰው ኃብት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮዎች ይሆናል፡፡
