General Job Summery

To oversee and manage marketing staff and admission to ensure maximum revenue capacity, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved. The Marketing and International Relation should work closely with revenue management and marketing functions, to develop strategies to maximize revenue stream and grow market share.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst employees, customer and local and international stakeholder.
• Ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, cross training within the department and appropriate office coverage.
• Works with management team to create and implement a marketing plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment led by the Brisk (Hospital Information System).
• Set example through professional, friendly attitude towards clients/patient and co-workers, timely response to clients/patient and co-workers needs and observance of marketing office standard.
• Ensure hospital meets or exceeds budgeted goals.
• Utilize company profile database to determine geographic areas for credit customer calls while maintaining top and existing credit customer accounts.
• Every January, organize and revised the credit customer agreement and service pricing revision.
• Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
• Attending and coordinating to the monthly marketing strategy meeting.
• Updating and owning the marketing strategy & sales and marketing plan with the General Manager.
• Recommends monthly room admission target goals for marketing team members and related department.
• Participates in sales calls with members of marketing team to acquire new business and/or expand on business.
• Develop and send informative press releases to targeted lists highlighting all activities and promotions.
• Maintain and expand corporate incentive program via direct mail, personal visits etc.
• Responsible for the training of marketing and customer service staff.
• Follow and promote healthcare and hospital standards with customer/patient and co-workers.
• Evaluates and drives the hospital participation in the various sales channels, Market sales, Appointment Centre’s, electronic lead channels, etc.
• Monitors all day to day activities of direct reports.
• Manage international healthcare facilities agreement
• Coordinating patient referral services with international medical facilities that collaborate with us to provide supplemental care or care that is not readily available locally.
• Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long term planning and day-to-day operations.
• Provide onsite management/leadership of crisis situations to prevent or minimize disruption of services.
