Job Title: Homecare Nurse

Home care nurses provide care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a physician. They perform regular visits where they monitor the patient’s condition, assess their wounds, and change dressings as required. Home care nurses also write reports and communicate with the doctor after each visit

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
• Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.

Educational Background

• BSc or Diploma Nurse

Experience:

• Two year of experience and have Home Care or ICU experience
