Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Travel Promoter to join our team. The Medical Travel Promoter will be responsible for promoting and facilitating medical tourism services, connecting patients with healthcare provider abroad, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the medical travel process. If you are passionate about healthcare, customer service, and have a keen understanding of the medical travel industry, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our medical travel services.
- Promote referral treatment plans and packages to patients seeking medical travel abroad.
- Coordinate medical appointments, treatments, and procedures for clients at partner healthcare facilities. Liaise with medical professionals and hospitals to ensure seamless scheduling and delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with potential medical travelers to understand their healthcare needs, provide detailed information about available medical services and facilities.
- Assists in coordinating treatment plans, ensuring that patients understand the recommended medical procedures, surgeries, or consultations.
- Provide excellent customer support to clients throughout their medical travel journey.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and provide timely updates to ensure a positive experience.

Job Requirements
- Degree in healthcare management, Public Health, Healthcare marketing, or related field.
- At least three years proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and healthcare systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
