Employment Criteria for Health Professionals
1. Original and non returnable copies of educational certificates
2. Original and non returnable copy of Professional License
3. Professional Licenses obtained or renewed from December 2013 to the date of this notice
4. Graduates of December 2013 who are present as of the date of this notice and graduated before December 2013 and worked in private companies need to bring proof of employment and taxpayer from the revenue authority
5. It does not apply to an employee who is permanently working in a public facility, action will be taken if he is registered
6. For All professionals applying for level positions; level IV COC certificate must be presented.
7. The candidate must be able to take the examination and get 50% or more aggregate marks and willing to go to assigned place.
8. The date on which this notice remains on air-
9. The date of the examination shall be fixed as directed by the office
10.Candidates can register in only one district
11. Able to submit unemployment certificate less than six months after issuance
12. Able to speak,read and write Afann Oromo.
