Introduction

Yetena Weg is a volunteer based association running different programs with the mission of promoting the culture of evidence based health information. Yetena Weg Mentorship program is one of the programs aimed to create a platform where early health care professionals gain access to and communicate with experienced professionals in the medical field thereby helping them clarify their professional goals and also encourage them to pursue the goals.

Cost of Yetena Weg Mentorship Program

– It is a freely accessible program for all. We work on Career and professional development, soft skill development and also help students better prepare for international exams like USMLE and PLAB.
Who is it for
.
The Mentorship program creates opportunities for different medical professionals and young health care members to come together and gain important knowledge and skills from seniors and experienced professionals.
How it works
.
Mentees pick a topic on which they can be mentored and get matched with a mentor based on the topic that they pick.
Duration
.
The direct mentorship last for a period of 3 months.
The program is expected to be mentee driven
