Job Requirement
.
• Qualification and work experience;- BSC in nursing from recognized university with minimum of 7 year relevant work experience with 2 years as head nurse.
Required Skill
• Leadership in health care service or ready to take leadership role
• Excellent clinical skill and knowledge of evidence based nursing practice.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skill
• Basic knowledge or training taken on BTLS
• Computer application skill
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity
• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability
• Attention to detail
• Work experience on ICU setup.
