Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Review patients’ medical histories
- Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
- develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Outline clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan.
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Record patients’ progress and modify the plan of care if needed.
- Educate patients and family members about the recovery process.
- Accept a patient assigned to him/her and provide the necessary care.
- Ensure that all necessary health and related requirements are met.
- Monitor patients’ health status (change)
- Maintain appointments
- Accept and respond to clients’ feedback.
- Update patients’ data on the software.
- Greet all the patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude.
- Control the cleanliness of the facility.
- Control over all the facility’s assets
- Clean physiotherapy machines, tables, and accessories.
- Record and update patient charts and patient databases.
- Record individual daily reports accurately.
- Perform any other duties or tasks that are needed.

Job Requirements
Qualification
- Previous working experience as a Physiotherapist for minimum 2 years.
- Senior physiotherapist
- Gondar university graduate as a 1st choice
- BA degree in Physiotherapy
- Outstanding patient management skills
- Compassionate and friendly personality
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Hygienic person
