.
Amhara Regional Health Bureau in collaboration with CDC project will deploy the following vacant position.
Position: Regional Case Detection & Key population officer

Location: Bahir Dar
Scone of work /Roles and Responsibilities/
• Providing technical guidance in the planning , implementation, monitoring and evaluation of PS & HTS activities in coordination with other RHB Technical Advisors, and CDC project staffs
• Coordinate HTS & PS activities of the region more emphasis to the six priority towns
• Support towns in improved case detection to achieve HIV+ target
• Monitor RTK allocation, distrituiton & utilization at sities
• Support initiation and implemnation of PS at the towns
• Coordinate with community organization to facilitate high risk population HTS and clinical services
• Conduct supportive supervision of facilities and town HTS and KP/Facility community linkage activities
• Collaborate with other Partners to address HTS gaps
• Review & analyze priority towns performance data for use & decision making
• Compile monthly, quarterly, semi_annual and annual work plans as well as reports
• Ensure quality assurance for HTS in line with national guidelines
• Willing to carry out/perform other related duties and /or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job requirements
Qualification & work experience
Qualification
o Master’s degree in public health fields with Health Background or Medical doctor (General Practitioner) with professional license
o Work Experience: Zero Years.
Agreement period: until September 30/2023 with possible extension
